Why give Focusing a go?

Focusing is a process of listening to yourself in a calm, compassionate way that enables you to move forward with your plans, goals, dreams, hopes and desires in an enthusiastic and natural way – in a way that has ease and flow.

Do you find that:

  • Knowing ‘this has to change’

What is Focusing?

Focusing is not a process where you peer intently at one thing to the exclusion of everything else. Focusing is coming aware of the vague, unclear, unformed, ‘not yet in words’ parts of ourselves, and by being with them in the spirit of ‘all is welcome and will be safe,’ it is like adjusting the focusing ring on a camera lens to bring it into sharp, clear focus – in the process honouring the wisdom and insights gained.

What to expect in a Focusing session

My preference is to meet via Zoom.
If your wifi is unstable, we can speak on the phone.
Session duration is 60 minutes
We can start with a topic you want to explore or check in to see what wants your attention in that moment.
It may seem like not much is happening, but sometimes those are the most dynamic sessions.
I recommend doing a minimum of 4 sessions. This will give you time to become accustomed to the process and to start to fully feel the benefits.
